An aggressive marijuana dispensary operator plans to open shop in the heart of Old Town, Scottsdale next to schools, parks and homes.
Specifically, the proposed dispensary location is 87 feet from a private school teaching children ages 6 to 15 and less than 500 feet from Soleri Plaza and a residential area with families and children.
Passage of the 2020 recreational marijuana ballot initiative will turn today’s medical marijuana dispensary into tomorrow’s Old Town Scottsdale pot hang out.
Say no to marijuana dispensary in Old Town to keep pot away from our families and children.
Sign our petition before November 12th City Council vote to keep Old Town safe and drug free. There are more suitable locations in town for a pot dispensary.
